Associates, PA was founded in September 1999.
Since then we have been serving Coppell,
Flower Mound, Lewisville, Grapevine, Las Colinas and
surrounding areas with the best in eye care. Our Mission

The doctors and staff of
Elliott Eye Associates, PA
Dr. Trent Elliott, therapeutic optometrist, is a
graduate of the University of Houston College of
Optometry. He received his undergraduate degree
in Bioengineering from Texas A&M University.
In addition, Dr. Elliott continued his education
by becoming one of the first optometric glaucoma
specialists in this area. This designation
allows him treat eye diseases such as glaucoma
and to provide his patients
with comprehensive primary eye care.
Dr. Elliott practices primary care
optometry and his areas of specialty
include Contact Lenses, Laser Vision
Correction/LASIK consultation, Computer
Vision/Ergonomics, Sports Vision, and
the Diagnosis and Treatment of Ocular
Disease. Dr. Elliott is an active member
of both the American Optometric
Association and the Texas Optometric
Association.
Dr. Jan Dao, therapeutic optometrist and optometric glaucoma specialist, is also a
graduate of the University of Houston College of
Optometry.
Dr. Dao practices primary care
optometry and her areas of specialty
include Contact Lenses, Laser Vision
Correction/LASIK consultation, Computer
Vision/Ergonomics, Sports Vision, and
the Diagnosis and
Treatment of Ocular
Disease. She is an active member
of both the American Optometric
Association and the Texas Optometric
